Slayer
Football Club was formed one barmy summers night in the garden of the
Blind Dog, Canterbury in 2003. The idea was that a group of thirty something
fathers, husbands and anybody else looking for some escape every other
weekend could all join up to play football against other like minded
teams. The emphasis being on the fun part as much as anything.
So it began and the team quickly took shape and is now into its 3rd season. We aim to play every other week for most of the season from September through to April. This is all rounded of with a trip to Europe for our now legendary 'End of Season Tour'.
